Postage
Calendars are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 in padded envelopes. International shipping is available and there is an option to collect from the studio if you live locally.
Returns Policy
We really hope you love your product, but if for any reason you're unhappy then please get in touch straight away. All refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Ellie Way. If a refund is required then please return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery. Ellie will refund you within 30 days and postage will only be reimbursed if orders are being returned because they are faulty.
