Returns Policy
We really hope you love your product, but if for any reason you're unhappy then please get in touch straight away. All refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Ellie Way. If a refund is required then please return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery. Ellie will refund you within 30 days and postage will only be reimbursed if orders are being returned because they are faulty.
Postage
Gift Sets will be wrapped in bubble wrap and posted out in A4 board backed envelopes. Orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class and aim to get your order to you within 4 working days.
International shipping is available and there is an option to collect from the studio if you live locally.
