Returns Policy
I really hope you love your product, but if for any reason you're unhappy then please get in touch straight away. All refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Ellie Way. If a refund is required then please return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery. Ellie will refund you within 30 days providing the product is in a saleable condition. Postage will only be reimbursed on orders that are being returned because products are faulty.

With Lockdown measures in place, there may be some delays with posting as I will be reducing my trips to the post office. I will try to get your order to you within 7 working days.
Calendars will be supported with greyboard, wrapped in cellophane and posted in board backed envelopes via Royal Mail First Class.
